Our p&p (post & packaging) charges: the Netherlands: € 3,99 With every order. Europe: € 9,99 with every order. Outside Europe: € 17,50 with every order. After receiving your order we will pick the order and then send you a confirmation-email, stating the total amount. When preparing your payment, always mention our reference number. Please make your payment to the account stated above or via Paypal. Upon receipt of your payment we will immediately ship the items. Should there be any problems with your order, please send an email to info@inspecta.nl within 1 week. We will then make sure you get a replacement item or will compensate you financially. We send all shipments through TNT-Post, via registered mail if requested. Inspecta.nl is not liable for any damage to items through transport, TNT-Post is responsible in this. We garantee top quality with all our items, unless stated differently, keeping in mind the notorious rough condition of especially Jamaican records! Should you in any case not be happy with your purchase, please return the goods to us (postal charges etc, are for you!), undamaged and safely wrapped, within one week upon receipt. We will then refund your payment, but not the costs for P&P! If you have any complaints, remarks or else, please let us know, we will try to work it out with you.
